Norn gives each store an MCP server URL, so a help desk chat bot, ChatGPT, Claude or your own assistant can find a product, read its size guide and recommend a shopper’s size from your charts. Recommendations are recorded like the fit quiz and carry a cart attribute, so orders trace back. On Growth and up.
